New Vintage Music can be reached 24 hours a day,
by phone or fax. We do have day gigs in order to pay the bills (at least for
now), but we want to help serve you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Comments regarding Availability
We've learned (through experience)
that finding great music can often be frustrating and difficult. We're
talking about music that is outside the popular mainstream, of course.
If you don't hear it on Top 40 radio chances are you'll have trouble finding
it at major chains such as Blockbuster Music, Best Buy, or Tower Records.
We know, we've been there. Oh sure, they'll special order it for you.
We've done that too. And waited MONTHS, not weeks, for titles on MAJOR
LABELS.
Compact Discs
- While we don't stock every title in our catalog (no one could) we have the
sources to get the product in your hands. Just go to Best Buy sometime and try to order an obscure jazz title that they
don't stock, and you'll see what we mean. As for pricing, we can't
compete with the major chains on price and we won't try to. But we
can get the product (not always, but often), and they can't (or won't).
For Print Music
customers, we offer KNOWLEDGE and SERVICE. All of the great
charts are here in one place. We can arrange for shipment from
the publisher directly to you, or assemble your order from various sources.
We can obtain any print music title that is currently in print, including
those not listed in our catalog. The catalog represents the
cream of the crop - what we think is the best literature available.
We know that the greatest music
appeals to the narrowest audience. We also know that there are dedicated music
lovers out there who can't find what they're looking for. We know because
we are members of that group.
As specialists in Big Band Jazz,
and lovers of this music, we have hundreds of Big Band titles in our personal
CD collections. They weren't easy to find. Many times we had to
track down the artist or label and BEG them to sell us the CD. Well,
YOU don't have to do that. Everything is here at New Vintage Music,
in our online catalog. And if, by chance, the title you want ISN'T in our
catalog, give us a call. We'll do our best to find it for you, using
all means at our disposal. And, we'll make it available in our catalog,
if possible.

Internet Security:
We realize that many of you will not want to transmit credit card information
to us over the Internet. You may not even want to e-mail us an order form
with your address on it. We understand. However, be aware that
Internet security continues to improve on a daily basis. We will exploit
any cost-effective methods that become available to increase the level of
security for our customers. Finally, most credit card issuers limit
their customers' liability to the first $50.00 of any fraudulent activity.
We have been active in both buying and selling products and services over
the Web since 1996, and have experienced NO instances of
tampering whatsoever. NONE - not even ONE.
We will start processing your order immediately
upon receipt of payment. Plan on waiting approximately 3-4 weeks (more for
really hard-to-find items) for your order
to arrive (depending on what you're ordering). In any event, we'll keep you
informed and offer you alternatives where appropriate.

About our catalog
Our sources allow us to offer over
5000 CD titles you aren't likely to find anywhere else. And over 1100
of these titles are Big Band Jazz.
Our print music catalog contains
the entire offerings of Walrus Music Publishing, Sierra Music Publications,
Kendor Music Publishing, and UNC Jazz Press. We feel these represent
the best arrangements available. As a full service music dealer, we
can sell any music currently in print - whether it appears in our online catalog
or not. And we will continue to expand the catalog whenever possible.
Finally, we get a lot of requests for printed catalogs. There isn't
one! They are expensive and are outdated as soon as they are completed.
We do have a page where you can download a hardcopy catalog, but can't guarantee
it will ever be current. For current information, always use the online
catalog and its search capabilities. There are literally hundreds of
charts available for the best arrangers in the business, and thousands of CDs
you probably will not see anywhere else.
